3. Service Modifications & Limitations
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services as needed. Any changes will be communicated in advance where applicable.
4. Payments & Fees
Payments must be made as agreed upon in formal quotations or invoices. Late payments may incur additional charges. Refund policies, if applicable, will be outlined in specific agreements.
5. Warranties & Liability
✅ AnyDiel I.T. Services guarantees professional workmanship but does not provide liability coverage for indirect damages, system misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
✅ Warranty terms vary per service and will be explicitly stated in service agreements.
6. Data Security & Privacy Compliance

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved amicably or through appropriate legal channels.
